INGREDIENTS
- White rum1½ oz4,5 cl
- Pineapple juice1 oz3 cl
- Apricot brandy½ oz1,5 cl
- Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
- Simple syrup1 tsp5 ml
- Lime wheelGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add white rum to the shaker.
- Add pineapple juice to the shaker.
- Add apricot brandy to the shaker.
- Add lime juice to the shaker.
- Add simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
