INGREDIENTS

• Jamaican rum1 oz3 cl
• Overproof rum¾ oz2,3 cl
• Gold rum¾ oz2,3 cl
• Falernum½ oz1,5 cl
• Cinnamon syrup¼ oz7,5 ml
• Grapefruit juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Absinthe2 dashes
• Angostura bitters1 dash
• Cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a tiki mug.
2. Add ice to the blender.
3. Add Jamaican rum to the blender.
4. Add overproof rum to the blender.
5. Add gold rum to the blender.
6. Add falernum to the blender.
7. Add cinnamon syrup to the blender.
8. Add grapefruit juice to the blender.
9. Add lime juice to the blender.
10. 2 dashes of absinthe.
11. A dash of Angostura bitters.
12. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
13. Pour into the tiki mug.
14. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
