INGREDIENTS
- Jamaican rum (dark)1½ oz4,5 cl
- Campari¾ oz2 cl
- Pineapple juice1½ oz4,5 cl
- Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
- Simple syrup½ oz1,5 cl
- Pineapple leafGarnish

METHOD
- Grab a rocks glass.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add Jamaican rum to the shaker.
- Add Campari to the shaker.
- Add pineapple juice to the shaker.
- Add lime juice to the shaker.
- Add simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
