• Sweet vermouth1 oz3 cl
• Bénédictine½ oz1,5 cl
• Absinthe1 dash
• Peychaud's bitters2 dashes

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add rye whiskey to the mixing glass.
4. Add sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
5. Add Bénédictine to the mixing glass.
6. A dash of absinthe.
7. 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
8. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
9. Strain into the chilled glass.
10. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
