• Strawberries2 oz (wt)60 g
• Banana (half)1
• Cream of coconut1 oz3 cl
• Pineapple juice2 oz6 cl
• Pineapple wedgeGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a hurricane glass.
2. Add 2 oz (wt) strawberries.
3. Add 1 banana.
4. Add ice to the blender.
5. Add white rum to the blender.
6. Add coconut rum to the blender.
7. Add cream of coconut to the blender.
8. Add pineapple juice to the blender.
9. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
10. Pour into the hurricane glass.
11. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
