Lost Lake

INGREDIENTS

• Jamaican rum (aged)2 oz6 cl
• Campari¼ oz7,5 ml
• Maraschino¼ oz7,5 ml
• Lime juice¾ oz2,3 cl
• Pineapple juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Passion fruit syrup½ oz1,5 cl
• Pineapple wedge, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a Collins glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add Jamaican rum to the shaker.
4. Add Campari to the shaker.
5. Add maraschino to the shaker.
6. Add lime juice to the shaker.
7. Add pineapple juice to the shaker.
8. Add passion fruit syrup to the shaker.
9. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
10. Fill the glass with ice.
11. Strain over fresh ice.
12. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
13. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
