INGREDIENTS
- Jamaican rum (17 years)2 oz6 cl
- Orange curaçao½ oz1,5 cl
- Orgeat (almond syrup)¼ oz7,5 ml
- Rock candy syrup¼ oz7,5 ml
- Lime juice1 oz3 cl
- Mint sprig, lime peelGarnish

METHOD
- Grab a rocks glass.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add Jamaican rum to the shaker.
- Add orange curaçao to the shaker.
- Add orgeat to the shaker.
- Add rock candy syrup to the shaker.
- Add lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Garnish with a lime peel.
