INGREDIENTS

• White rum1¼ oz4 cl
• Gold rum1½ oz4,5 cl
• Cachaça¼ oz1 cl
• Pineapple juice2¼ oz7 cl
• Cream of coconut½ oz1,5 cl
• Lime juice1 oz3 cl
• Simple syrup¾ oz2 cl
• Heavy cream1 tsp5 ml
• Strawberries5
• Pineapple wedge, strawberryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a hurricane glass.
2. Add 5 strawberries.
3. Add ice to the blender.
4. Add white rum to the blender.
5. Add gold rum to the blender.
6. Add cachaça to the blender.
7. Add pineapple juice to the blender.
8. Add cream of coconut to the blender.
9. Add lime juice to the blender.
10. Add simple syrup to the blender.
11. Add heavy cream to the blender.
12. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
13. Pour into the hurricane glass.
14. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
15. Garnish with a strawberry.
