- Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
- Simple syrup¾ oz2 cl
- Passion fruit (pulp)1.5

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Add 1.5 passion fruit.
- Muddle in the shaker (gently, just release the aroma).
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add gold rum to the shaker.
- Add lime juice to the shaker.
- Add simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
