- Demerara rum2 oz6 cl
- Lime juice¾ oz2,5 cl
- Demerara syrup¾ oz2 cl
- Mint leaves8
- Angostura bitters4 dashes
- Mint sprigGarnish

- Swizzled

METHOD
- Grab a Collins glass.
- Add 8 mint leaves.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the Demerara rum.
- Pour in the lime juice.
- Pour in the Demerara syrup.
- 4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Swizzle with a swizzle stick (until the glass frosts).
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
