Rum Swizzle

INGREDIENTS

• Gold rum1 oz3 cl
• Dark rum1 oz3 cl
• Pineapple juice2 oz6 cl
• Orange juice2 oz6 cl
• Grenadine¼ oz1 cl
• Falernum¼ oz1 cl
• Angostura bitters1 dash
• Orange slice, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a highball glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour in the gold rum.
4. Pour in the dark rum.
5. Pour in the pineapple juice.
6. Pour in the orange juice.
7. Pour in the grenadine.
8. Pour in the falernum.
9. A dash of Angostura bitters.
10. Swizzle with a swizzle stick (until the glass frosts).
11. Garnish with an orange slice.
12. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
