• Bourbon1 oz3 cl
• Dark rum1 oz3 cl
• Orange curaçao½ oz1,5 cl
• Passion fruit juice3 oz9 cl
• Angostura bitters1 dash
• Pineapple wedge, back scratcherGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a hurricane glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add bourbon to the shaker.
4. Add dark rum to the shaker.
5. Add orange curaçao to the shaker.
6. Add passion fruit juice to the shaker.
7. A dash of Angostura bitters.
8. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
9. Fill the glass with ice.
10. Strain over fresh ice.
11. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
