METHOD

1. Grab a rocks glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add cognac to the mixing glass.
4. Add Bénédictine to the mixing glass.
5. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
6. Add one big ice cube.
7. Strain over fresh ice.
